About the Instructor

My name is Michael Bayne, and I am an experienced ESL instructor at a community college. I have taught adult learners from many different countries and language backgrounds.

At CARE English, I focus on practical English for real life — conversations for work, doctor’s visits, school, and daily communication. My goal is to help every student build Confidence, Achievement, Respect, and Empowerment.
